1st Graders Thank Officers
On Sept. 11th, Grace Christian Academy’s first grade teacher, Mrs. Kelly Harrell spent some time explaining to her class about what happened on 911 and why its important to America. They read a book about the event, disccussed the role of the Police Officers and Fire Fighters, and also prayed for those who were affected by this tragic event. Her class took it a step further and decided to make thank you cards and personally deliver them to our local Police Officers and Fire Fighters along with a platter of cookies.
